Fireworks!!

We had fun with fireworks- smoke bombs and sparklers were a hit with the kids (well everyone except McKenziez)! We also were able to enjoy the town's firework display!

It was WAY too hot so we decided to enjoy our 4th of July in the cool mountains.

4th of July Parade

We had fun at the 4th of July Parade. It seems as though the parade is getting more and more groups- we enjoyed the fire trucks and mustang club, but this year we got to see other groups like classic cars, motorcycles, dance groups, decorated horses, and even riding lawn mowers! And boy was it HOT!!!

This week we've got Denise's parents and 2 nieces visiting. We've had a lot of fun hanging out. On Wednesday, July 1st, went to Carlsbad Caverns, which is always fun.
